Responsibilities and Duties
• We are looking for Java and Flutter App Developers to lead and deliver across the entire mobile app development life cycle as per the required functionality and translate it efficiently into a high-quality solution. The development life cycle should include understanding the requirements, designing layouts, building business logic, and deploying the releases to the Play Store and App Store.
• Must have knowledge of handling Android Studio
• Experience with Android SDK & Flutter.
• Experience working with RESTful web services with JSON(optional)
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• So ideally you will be responsible for creating multi-platform apps for iOS & Android using Google's Flutter development framework. Along with this, writing reusable, testable, and efficient code as well as analyzing and maintaining existing applications will be desired.
• The knowledge of native app development in Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Objective C/Swift/Swift UI) will be an added advantage.
• Work closely with designers & product team to execute the emerging designs.
• Strong experience in Java/Java design patterns and object-oriented programming
• Expertise in working on multi-threaded apps, XML & JSON, and web services
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Extensive experience in software design and development in the following areas: Mobile engineering, custom UI implementation, network communication, multi-threading, persistence, optimization, debugging, memory management, etc.
• Extensive experience in the software development life cycle applied to mobile applications. Good understanding of the specificities of mobile development
• Extensive experience with professional mobile app delivery (delivery to the store, maintenance, bug fixing, refactoring)
• Ability to tackle new frameworks, new libraries, new concepts very quickly. Including modifying 3rd party libraries
• Ability to reach deadlines and go the extra mile if and when needed the Ability to understand and constructively criticize features, ideas, technology, etc.
• Great communications skills and will to share and explain with tech or non-tech when required.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong skills in Java, Dart & Flutter
• Released at least 1 app to AppStore or PlayStore
• Experience with an understanding of the Mobile Application Development Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with 3rd party libraries and their integration
• Experience with GIT
• Familiarity with RESTful API s
• iOS Native (Swift)
• Experience with project setup from scratch (Building network + Data Layers)
