Experience: 2+ years of experience
Education Background: Bachelor degree in computer science (BCA), or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Working with product managers and UI/UX designers to create a secure and seamless mobile experience
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Work under strict deadlines following specifications to develop the mobile app
Work as a team to integrate the mobile app with the platform's API
Work effectively alongside a team of developers, designers and software architects
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Qualification and Requirement:
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Good data structure, problem-solving and debugging skills
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in any other languages such as Kotlin or Javascript is prefered
Knowledge of open source libraries like Retrofit, RxJava, Dagger 2, Lottie is preferred
Knowledge in clean code architecture like MVP, MVVM is preferred
