Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern Android development technologies, architectural patterns, and best coding practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
Quickly understand existing projects, develop new features, and fix bugs efficiently.
Work with Jetpack libraries and modern development frameworks.
Follow clean code principles and best practices.
Ensure application stability and reliability through unit testing and debugging.
Add new modules to existing applications and improve functionality.
Solve day-to-day development challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
Assist in code cleaning, maintenance, and optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to fix and enhance applications.
Understand existing coding structures, adapt to them, and drive improvements.
Utilize modern Android technologies to build high-quality applications efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Android application development.
Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
Hands-on experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, etc.).
Proficiency in Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous operations.
Experience with networking libraries (Retrofit, Volley) and local database management (Room).
Familiarity with dependency injection using Hilt.
Knowledge of Gradle for dependency and build management.
Strong understanding of code refactoring and clean coding principles.
Experience with background task management (Service, WorkManager).
Prior experience working with MVVM and MVI.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork skills.
Must have experience working on Java and Kotlin projects and be comfortable with both languages.
