About this Role:
We are looking for an Android developer to accelerate our app development. You will be working closely with the founding engineers to develop a variety of different projects over the course of your time here.Here are some qualities that are important to strive in this role:
• You will have to be willing and excited to learn new things and grow as our tech stack grows.
• You will have to work closely with the team to take a feature from ideation to planning, implementation, testing, and bug fixes. Your task is not 'done' until the users see it.
• You should be able to conduct research and make good tech decisions without constant supervision or instructions from a senior.
• We can guarantee that you will learn 10x at a startup like ours, compared to other companies. And the quality of your work will improve significantly.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of Android Development experience. Java / Kotlin.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Good work ethic and excitement for problem solving.
• Experience and interest in making user-centric UI.
• Ability to brainstorm and implement new tasks that would align us further with business goals.
Not MUST, but PLUS to haves:
• Experience with software startup culture.
• Experience and comfort working with Agile software development methodology.
