Android Developer (2+ years of experience)
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining Android applications, a strong understanding of the Android platform, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications. The Android Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing Android applications, and ensuring that they meet or exceed user expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java or Kotlin.
• Test and debug applications to ensure that they function correctly on a variety of Android devices.
• Implement user interface designs and ensure that they are consistent with branding guidelines.
• Optimize applications for performance, battery life, and other factors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and best practices.
• Ensure that applications meet or exceed quality standards and user expectations.
• Maintain and update existing applications as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing Android applications.
• Strong understanding of the Android platform and ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web technologies.
• Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and Git.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
