Roles: Sr Android Development Engineer
We are looking for smart, passionate, experienced Senior Android Developer who is eager to deliver best-in-class mobile applications. The successful candidate will be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. He should be able to take product from ideation to delivery, and own the app development work. Candidate should have a very strong technical background in programming and debugging skills.
Location: Navi Mumbai/ Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
• Building and Designing advanced B2B /B2C Android applications for Android platform
• Develop app design and architecture, features for Android application
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Take ownership of the features assigned right from estimating timelines to Production release
• Minimum 2 – 4 Google play store deployments
Requirements:
• 3 – 8 years of minimum relevant Android application development experience
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data structures and design patterns
• Expertise in development and implementation of B2C mobile applications with custom UI components
• Strong Java / Kotlin programming skills
• Knowledge of RxJava 2, RxAndroid, Dagger 2 and Retrofit
• Understanding of memory management and designing high-performance apps
• Experience working with Google Maps and Social APIs
• Good to have prior experience on design patterns like MVP, MVVM, MVI etc.
• Well versed with mobile UI/UX conventions
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Good understanding of DB Design
• Experience in using GIT
• Knowledge of software development processes & agile methodologies
• Experience in managing small teams of developers is a big plus
