Job Description for Senior Android Developer
Qualification Required:
Minimum 3-4+ years of work experience in Android (Native)
Graduate or Diploma in a related field
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen size
Strong knowledge of Java
1. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, design patterns, and best practices
2. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
3. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
4. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
5. Knowledge of Third-party integration, JSON, XML
6. Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Jetpack libraries will be an added advantage.
7. Practical knowledge about Encryption, Security Enhancement, and its methodologies.
8. Strong knowledge of Retrofit, Volly & Async task for calling backend API
