Requirements
• 3+ years of experience developing Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and Android Studio
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other backend services into the Android application
• Ensure the application is fully tested, meets high-quality standards, and is ready for deployment
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Android Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, etc.)
• Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger or Koin
• Experience with reactive programming using RxJava or Kotlin Flow
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
