Candidate requirements
• Strong knowledge and hands-on of Android development using Java and Kotlin language, flutter will add a badge.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android
• Android application architecture, design, and development
• Hand-on experience on Gradle, dagger2. Hilt will add a badge.
• Hand-on experience with design patterns like MVP and MVVM.
• Experience with application security, Memory Management, Multi-threading, and performance tuning
• Developing custom UIs and animations
• Coach and develop team members to increase the team’s bench strength and flexibility.
• Applying Test Driven development throughout the lifecycle of the application
