Position : Android Developer / Senior Android Developer

Job Summary :
As a Lead Android Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of Android developers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Android applications.
You will work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative, user-friendly, and high-performance applications that meet business requirements and customer needs.
Requirements :
• Have technical depth in Android architecture, development, and best practices in modern mobile app development.
• Programming Experience with Kotlin
• Experience with Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.), data binding, and dependency injection
• Significant experience building production-level Android Applications
• Contributed to at least one app in the Google Play store.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI / UX standards
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools
• Proficiency in benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of code versioning tools Git
Communication :
• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting.
• Resolves and / or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult / sensitive information tactfully.
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US
