Euler Motors, started in 2018, is an OEM working towards electrifying the light commercial vehicle segment. Regarded as one of the fastest growing startup in its space it is backed by some marquee investors including Asia Development Bank, Blume Ventures, Inventus Capital & Jetty ventures etc. With patents across liquid cooled battery pack, skateboard chassis platform, proprietary power electronics components, Euler motors focuses on creating in-house technologies to solve challenging problems for the Indian conditions.
About the Role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing features for Euler Motors’ In-Vehicle Infotainment System
Skills Required
• Should have 3 to 5 years of overall experience with Android framework development
• Solid understanding of Data Structure & Algorithms, OOP and OS concepts
• Proficient with Java/Kotlin and C/C++
• Strong in Java Design patterns and principles
• Android Development experience (AOSP) developing or enhancing Android Framework services to support Android Applications interfaces
• Experience with AOSP internals and Android NDK APIs
• Experience implementing Android Native Daemon services
• Experience in AIDL, HIDL, JNI and Binders
• Experience in using 3rd party SDKs
• Experience in Socket and Server communications
• Knowledge of Git
Good to have skills
• Experience & knowledge of Android Automotive
• Experience in Automotive Infotainment systems
• Experience working on Qualcomm SoCs
• Experience creating and updating HAL layers (esp. CAN)
Day-to-day responsibilities
• Develop Embedded Android services and components with AOSP middleware for IVI system
• Design, document, integrate, and test APIs / SDKs that provide services for - media, camera, navigation, telemetry and mobile phone connectivity
