About the Role
We are looking for experienced Android Framework Engineers to join our R&D team. You will specialize either in Performance Optimization (solving laggy performance challenges, enhancing competitiveness) or System Stability (ensuring reliability, debugging complex issues). This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Android systems with platforms like MediaTek, Qualcomm, and Spreadtrum.
Role 1: Android Performance Optimization Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize laggy performance issues on mobile devices.
• Solve complex performance challenges and design scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in product delivery with a focus on high efficiency and competitiveness.
Requirements:
• Strong in at least two programming languages (C/C++/Java).
• Deep understanding of Android Framework (application startup, window display/refresh, input subsystem, graphics rendering).
• Hands-on with performance tools (Systrace, Simpleperf, Perfetto).
• Experience optimizing MediaTek/Qualcomm/Spreadtrum platforms.
• 5+ years of Android Framework development experience.
Role 2: Android System Stability Engineer
Responsibilities & Skills:
• Work on Android Framework, Binder, HAL, and Linux kernel with a focus on stability analysis.
• Use tools like Systrace, Perfetto, Kernel Log to debug ANRs, deadlocks, memory leaks, illegal accesses.
• Perform secondary development/customization of stability tools (GDB, MAT, T32).
• Deliver stable frameworks for large-scale projects with mainstream vendors.
• Build efficiency improvement tools for internal use.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of framework and stability development/maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent logical analysis, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
