About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in C++ to join our R&D led Space-Tech firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level developer to accelerate their career by working on cutting-edge technologies in a greenfield environment.
• Design and develop mission-critical systems in C++, as well as applications in Python
• Drive the adoption of modern software technologies to streamline development processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build large-scale on-board systems from the ground up
Your Skills and Experience
• C/C++ development for systems on Linux
• Commercial use of Python
• Proficiency in a Linux environment
• 1-5 years' commercial development experience
• Familiarity with Python libraries (desirable)
• Experience in developing high availability systems (desirable)
• Knowledge of the Linux kernel and device drivers (desirable)
• Must be based in the UK or be a British Citizen
Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
