Angular Developer

About:

One of our client is looking for an Angular Developer who has the technical ability to implement user interfaces using Angular Framework. You will be responsible to develop a performant, responsive UI interface in the form of a desktop web app using Angular with Typescript, HTML 5 and CSS 3. As an Angular Developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a web/mobile app. You will need to know the best practices and modern ways of creating interfaces and ensure the interface is able to interact with backend APIs. You will also need to have great communication and collaboration skills as you will need to interact with fellow business analysts, UI designers, backend developers, and testers regularly to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:

 Strives to develop a first-class codebase using Angular best practices.

 Candidate should have strong fundamentals of UI/UX design concepts

 Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Angular Technologies

 Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser-compatible code.

 Good understanding of AJAX and REST API Techniques

 Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, Business Analyst

 Good knowledge of Service based architectures

 Good communication & presentation skills

 Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

 Develop application code and unit tests in the Angular Application

 Ensuring high performance

 Communicating with external web services

Skills and Qualifications:

 4+ Years of IT Experience

 2+ Years of Hands-on Experience in Angular4+ Development

 Proficiency with Typescript, CSS3 and HTML5

 Professional, precise communication skills

 Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components which extends the elements and modules of core Angular.

 Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system

 Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects

 Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system

 Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback

 Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

 Documenting the code inline using JS DOC or other conventions

 Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

You should be able to write a backend REST API using Java and communicate with UI. You should be familiar with database principles and able to write backend stored procedures/collection queries using the Oracle database.

 Developing RESTful API using Java

 Writing backend stored procedures, and collection queries in Oracle.

 Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with Protractor

 Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments

Work Environment:

 Chennai office to ensure a collaborative, team approach.

 Ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary

 The role may require work outside of and/or beyond the Company’s normal business hours
