Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working with product owners, analysts, and data scientists to develop, build and improve our web-based
application
2. Develop high quality responsive SPAs using the MEAN stack (Node.js, MySQL, Express.js, Angular,
knowledge of Bootstrap/Material)
3. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferred AWS)
4. Convert design wireframes to full-fledged Angular applications that communicates with range of Restful
APIs
5. Drive web development practices with passion and enthusiasm and strive for continuous improvement
within the team
6. Initiating, managing, and conducting projects, working independently, but in close collaboration with other
team members
7. Working with new and emerging languages and technologies
8. Supporting internal and external stakeholders
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. Masters, or equivalent experience in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) science
2
2. Proven track record of experience in JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies such as
Angular (4 and above), TypeScript, HTML, CSS & SASS/SCSS and build tools like Grunt, Gulp and
Webpack (or similar)
3. Experience of debugging memory leaks and browser performance bottlenecks, optimizing DOM, skills
with the Timeline browser tool
4. Ability to work closely with product managers and designers to quickly iterate on features and products
5. Strong attention to detail with an eye for UX and product design
6. Knowledge of data analysis, visualization techniques, and frameworks
7. Experience with best practices such as source control, continuous integration, unit testing, design
patterns, and agile development methodologies
8. Familiarity with RESTful API standards, Relational Databases and SQL/NoSQL data modelling
+. Experience of marketing and advertisement is not required, but you are expected to learn and
understand the business logic behind the numbers, aiding developers and analysts to produce insights
for clients
