Job Description:

We are looking for talented front-end Developer(4-6yrs Exp) & Lead(6-+Yrs Exp) who can help us in enabling our customers deliver excellent experiences to end users. As a customer experience management firm , we are constantly enhancing user experiences in several of our customers' online platforms. The role of a Angular developer in our teams is crucial in realising our design solutions without any loss in translation. We are looking for developers who can contribute in building the best in class digital experiences through the right use of frameworks, technologies and code.

Angular Developer(4-6Yrs Exp.) & Lead(6-+Yrs Exp.):
• 4 - 6 yrs of hands on Angular development experience for Developer position.
• 7 - + yrs of hands on Angular development experience for Lead position.
• Experience in Angular 6/7/8 along with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in Restful API integration.
• Experience with Bootstrap or other fluid or responsive design frameworks.
• Have background in integrating User Interface and interaction of UI with middle layer.
• Handle Linux and windows OS parallel through commands.

React Developer(4-6Yrs Exp.) & Lead(6-+Yrs Exp.):
• 4 - 6 yrs of hands on React.js development experience for Developer position.
• 7 - + yrs of hands on React.js development experience for Lead position.
• Experience in working with REACT tools including React.js, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience in working with Functional components, Hooks and latest features of React.
• Knowledge in Middleware libraries like Redux Saga/Thunk.
• Experience in writing Unit test cases using Jest/Enzyme with maximum code coverage.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs integration.
• Knowledge on SEO, Accessibility and integrating Analytics with React applications.
• Knowledge of CSS Preprocessors like Scss, less or Styled components.
• Strong fundamentals on Web Standards, Browser Performance and Rendering Pipelines,
• HTTP and other relevant concepts.
• You have a get-things-done attitude and deep empathy for users and fellow teammates.
• You can write testable, maintainable code that's easy to understand.
• Ability to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks & You have a
• curiosity about how things work.

UI Lead(6-+Yrs Exp.):
• 6 - + years of experience in front-end development of web / mobile applications with at least 1 yr as a lead. Experience in backend technology stacks will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong skills in HTML , CSS , SCSS and any CSS Frameworks.
• Experience with data structure libraries , state managements, functional / reactive programming.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ES6.
• Experience with RESTful APIs integration.
• Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimisation.
