Job description, work day and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager Accountant to join our team at Ani Integrated Services Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, with a strong preference for experience working in Limited Companies, preferably in the Services Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations, including finalization of accounts, audits, tax filings, and compliances.
• Ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, with complete knowledge of recent amendments.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Implement strong internal controls and process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Candidate Profile:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience working in a Limited Company, preferably in the Services Industry.
• Solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
