Responsibilities:
- Book appointments for clients
- Answer calls and assist in communication with clients
- Perform Follow-up calls for patients
-Provide direct care and Handling to patients in clinic as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
Skills:
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
