Serein is looking for a skilled designer and animator to create compelling and visually engaging content for e-learning courses. This role focuses on designing animations that align with educational content and enhance the learner’s experience. You will collaborate closely with our content experts and the design team to ensure high-quality output within the project’s timeline.
The ideal candidate for this position would be a creative professional with a strong background in animation and designing for educational content. You should be passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and accessible animations that enhance the learning experience. You’re detail-oriented, meet deadlines with ease, and can adapt your creative style to fit different client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create interactive storyboards and animations and motion graphics to support e-learning content.
• Collaborate with content experts and designers to align animations with learning objectives.
• Ensure animations are optimized for different digital platforms and devices.
• Maintain a high level of creativity while adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.
• Ensure all deliverables are inclusive, accessible, and representative of diverse audiences.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of work experience in design and animation, particularly for educational or e-learning content.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie etc.
• Ability to deliver projects within the set deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Since we work with some of the high profile clients and startups, we're seeking a professional who can take ownership of such projects and uphold the standards to match the expectations of clients we partner with.
