The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
Interact with the process team to understand the requirement.
Design, develop and test automated solutions.
Follow designing and coding standards.
Prepare necessary documents for the automated solution.
Adopt measures to mitigate risk factors.
Strategy
To help and support business generate efficiency, build better controls, improve quality, reduce hand off, etc with the help of automations.
Business
GFS and Country Finance
Processes
Process associated with banking regulatory and non regulatory report for both internal and external clients.
Risk Management
Ensure automations are carried out without any risk by following coding standard.
Governance
Ensure all the automation compliance are being followed by maintaining all the required documentation, sign offs before closure of project.

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Our Ideal Candidate
Trained / qualified in primary technical skills as mentioned above. Preferably certified courses from reputed institutes.
Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new skills and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
Knowledge and experience in providing automated solutions in line with process requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and deliver to aggressive timelines.
Open to new ideas with the ability to think innovatively and creatively to find solutions.
Knowledge of architecture, configurations, integration and technical implementation.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of and experience with the technical aspect of a software product.
Analytical skill set with capability in handling high volume data.
Interact with the process team to understand the requirement.
Must posses good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prepare necessary documents for the automated solution.
Design, develop and test automated solutions.
Adopt measures to mitigate risk factors.
Follow designing and coding standards.
