As the ANZ Event Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and execution of a variety of events that showcase our products, services and brand. This role is pivotal in enhancing client and partner relationships, driving engagement, and generating leads through innovative and well-organised events. This role involves working independently yet collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution from start to finish, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Key responsibilities will include
Planning and managing a range of events including conferences, exhibitions (Crayon and third-party sponsorships), leadership events, training seminars, marketing activations and social events to boost awareness and promote products and solutions
Responsibility for all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, project management, supplier coordination, registration portal management, team briefings and onsite event management
Collaborating with marketing, communication and sales teams to manage objectives and create on-brand event materials that drive lead generation and sales, focusing on ROI
Analysing marketing event performance and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement through surveys and debriefs
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and media contacts
Your Competencies
5+ years of experience in managing B2B events in an agency or marketing team environment
Extensive project management experience using administrative tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage event calendars, critical timelines and reporting
Strong budget management skills through experience in managing event budgets and financial planning from start to reconciliation while collaborating with operational teams
Excellent presentation skills, with competence and confidence in presenting in a virtual and live capacity to internal and external stakeholders

You have the exemplary ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects simultaneously
You are proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions independently
You are meticulous in planning and executing event details
