At J.P. Morgan, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales and Relationship Management team in Sydney, Australia. You'll be part of a team that works with asset owner and asset manager clients, playing a crucial role in supporting our sales leads and driving business growth. This position offers the opportunity to progress into a sales role, contributing directly to our sales targets.

Job Summary: As an Analyst/Associate in our Securities Services Sales team, you will support sales leads in developing new relationships and managing existing asset manager and asset owner clients. You will engage in client and market research, assist in creating relationship strategies, and support the sales leads in collaboration with Securities Services teams and the broader firm.

Job Responsibilities:

Support sales leads in tracking revenue and client profitability, identifying opportunities across Securities Services and the broader firm.
Help shape client value propositions drawing on our product capabilities to enhance client relationships and experiences.
Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and prospective clients through thorough research and account planning.
Support request for proposal (RFP) completion, deal pricing and presentations alongside the Sales Enablement team.
Conduct client research and market analysis, staying informed on industry news, market developments and regulatory changes.
Participate in industry forums and conferences to ensure market visibility for the J.P. Morgan franchise.
Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements, including KYC and regulatory processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1-3 years of sales and industry experience, or related client management experience; knowledge of Securities Services products is a plus.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and seeks innovative ways of doing things.
Ability to thrive under competitive pressures while remaining focused on client needs.
Strong team player with a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to process and quality control.
Ability to build strong partnerships and mobilise internal networks and resources.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
Prior experience or exposure to the sales RFP process and client pitches.
