Deliver one-on-one sessions (Primary or Final ANZCA exam focus) to registrars via Zoom or MS Teams. Provide tailored tutoring, including structured feedback, exam technique coaching (MCQ, SAQ, vivas), and time management strategies. Guide candidates through case scenarios, identify knowledge gaps, and reinforce foundational principles. Monitor each trainee’s progress, offering insightful assessments and action plans. Collaborate with the IMG SOS team to maintain consistent, high-quality tutoring standards.
