Full job description
QuickCircuit has requirements for staff in the Automated inspection area. The AOI operator is responsible for the
operation of the AOI equipment to capture and log all production related faults in the QuickCircuit database and
give continuous feedback to the production lines regarding product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup, operate and maintain the SMT AOI Equipment
Carry out optical inspection of the printed circuit boards that are processed in SMT
Meeting inspection throughput requirements
Logging faults into QC QA systems
Providing continuous feedback to production lines to assist in the improvement of product quality
Optimising AOI Program to correctly correspond with SMT customer requirements when required
Preferred skills & attributes:
Recognised Tertiary Qualification in Electronics/Electrotechnology Engineering
Atleast 1+ years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry
Strong experience with SMT or AOI production equipment
Good technical knowledge and experience with electronics
Professional in attitude, presentation with a very strong work ethic
Quick learner and able to multitask
The ability to work independently as well as within a team
Proficient in usage of computers and computer programs/applications
Other Responsibilities / requirements
Available for shift allocation based on company requirements.
