Accounts Payable Administrator (Contract / Temporary)
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to support daily administrative and accounting activities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This role is primarily administrative with some accounting exposure and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and variety in their day.
What You’ll Do
• Enter vendor invoices and receipts into the accounting system
• Assist with check runs and basic accounts payable processing
• Maintain organized AP files and documentation
• Support general accounting and administrative tasks
• Communicate professionally with vendors, staff, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• Basic experience in accounts payable, accounting, or office administration
• Comfortable with data entry and Excel spreadsheets
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in an on‑site setting
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
