Vaco has partnered with a Smyrna based client to fill an AP Clerk opening. The AP Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, preparing vouchers, ensuring invoices have everything needed to be processed, entering invoices into the general ledger, processing expense reports, mailing vendor payments, liaison between vendors, and assisting with general AP duties as needed. Requirements
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience is required
• Vendor maintenance and experience with expense reports is required
• Must be proficient in Oracle
• Must be able to work onsite in Smyrna
