What progress will you make?

Our Human Resources team helps Citi to attract, retain and develop our employees across the globe. The team does this through supporting key areas including recruiting, diversity, global learning and talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations.

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, APAC Talent Acquisition Solutions Lead based in Philippines or India reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Strategy & Programs Head. In this role, you’re expected to:

Partner with Regional Product Leads & HR, Global Talent Acquisition (TA) counterparts; influence across APAC TA Strategy & Programs team to achieve results and optimize opportunities.
Enable a transparent, listening, and outcome focused work culture bringing tangible solutions with effective change management to ensure APAC TA embeds an efficient Product-driven operating model.
Accomplish results through the leadership and influence of a teams, translating strategy to action, managing a programmatic book of work with a focus on toolset enablement, removal of barriers to standardization, harmonization, and right-placement of work.
Influencing peer teams to drive synergies, ensuring what is mandatory is delivered at scale.
Lead regional and global initiatives, overseeing regional flagship projects to ensure visible support from leadership and on-time execution with yield of committed ROI and hiring excellence.
Partner with Senior Leaders to influence strategy, providing evaluative judgment and problem-solving techniques based on analysis of data.
Lead transformation from data production to consumers of data enabling timely actions, insights/ storytelling, and performance/ effectiveness.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

10+ years relevant experience
Solid experience in HR Recruitment, Process Engineering, or HR Analytics related roles; including demonstrated experience of managing senior leader relationship while working across countries/ regions/ geographies
Demonstrated experience of influencing and delivering results across a matrix organization without direct authority to achieve outcomes
Deep familiarity with large HR systems and applications, and an understanding of large-scale technology project implementations High level of data literacy able to influence business hiring and workforce planning decisions through the obsessive use of data and skillful storytelling Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
Ability to simultaneously work well independently and within a team environment across the globe with other subject matter experts, analysts, technical specialists, and business users
