We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP/Administrative Assistant to join our team
In this role, you will support both the Accounts Payable (AP) department and provide general administrative support across the company
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations and financial processes

Handle all aspects of accounts payable (A/P): entering approved payable, processing checks and mailing accordingly
Create and maintain vendor accounts, respond to vendor requests, and establish relationships with new and existing vendors
Verify and compile deposits and enter accordingly
Ensure deposits are made scan/deposited to the financial institutions
File accounting documents to maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Analyzing accounts: Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
Producing financial records: Create, manage, and produce financial records
Assist with other accounting projects
Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management; while maintaining supply levels
Support management with HR / Safety and Fleet duties such as filing, report pulling, DMV visits, etc

What You'll Do

Qualifications
• Have at least one to two years of accounts payable and office administration experience preferred.
• Telecommunication Construction experience preferred.
