API Automation Test Engineer with .NET/C# (Remote)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of Strong QA testing experience.
- .NET/C# experience is required.
- Hands on experience in Web test automation (preferably Selenium using C#)
- Clear concepts on code versioning strategies (preferably GitHub)
- API Testing (SOAP & REST) - Postman, JSON messages.
- Strong experience in SQL database.
- Able to communicate clearly and articulate.
- CI/CD concepts - Azure DevOps.
- GitHub Actions(Preferred).
Domain:
- Concepts on basics related to Airlines Industry.
- Knowledge on GDS (Sabre would be preferred), basic eComm combinations etc.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop automated test scripts
- Automation test script execution and maintenance
- Maintenance of build validation automation test scripts
- Test report analysis of automated test execution
- Daily and weekly status reporting as applicable
Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 02/26/2026
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
