Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the job is to Lead the testing process, come up with Test Automation which helps to test all parts of the system with least effort and time, hence help in achieve the goal of being frugal for the bank. This job will have out-sourced teams reporting into him/her. Perform Test lead activities comprising of all the End to End Test Activities
Key Deliverables:
• Understand the solution requirements from solutioning and development teams, should be hands on writing Test Scripts, Automation scripts and development/maintenance of Automation framework, unblock other team members on scripting/Coding part.
• Required to test to cover functional, security and performance requirements for a new development.
• Having strong experience in development of stubs and drivers for various systems and sub-systems. Work with developers in designing a test strategy to integrate certain components of the application in the absence of a fully integrated flow
• Excellent experience in Front End, API, backend and DB testing. Should have excellent debugging skills.
• Should have ability to understand complex integrated system architecture and able to test it.
• Should able to Analyze complex Business & system Requirements and identify potential gaps.
Skills Required:
• 8+ years of Overall Testing experience
• 5+ Years of Test Automation comprising of 1 or 2 Test Automations tools like Selenium, Tosca, Cucumber, Appium, UFT, Performance Center, Load Runner, Fortify, Device Anywhere and any programming language like Java, Python, C/C++,C#
• Should have an fair understanding of Automation frameworks
• Sound knowledge and understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Should have deep Knowledge of Test Metrics
• Should able to Analyze complex Business & system Requirements and identify potential gaps.
• Should have ability to understand complex integrated system architecture and able to test it.
• Able to prepare test cases for Function Test, System Test, Regression test, Automation Testing and integration testing.
• Good Communication skills : Can Participate in demo to product/Business owner.
• Strong Knowledge of Agile Concepts and tools
• Additional Skills : API, Jenkins CI/CD Integration, Database Knowledge (SQL, ORACLE etc.), Version Control Github, Test Life cycle tools management Like Jira, Octane, Test Rail ALM, Defect Management Tools like Bugzilla, Test Data management etc
Qualification: BS/MS/MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent
