We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our busy IT team!
About the role
As the IT Support Officer you will be the first point of contact to our users, responding to incidents and service requests. Your role will include hardware configuration and installation, diagnosing and resolving issues and allocating tickets requiring specialist technical support to the appropriate IT team member or external provider. This is a full time, permanent position based in our Te Aroha office.
About you
You will be customer focused and be able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills. You will need a good knowledge of hardware - desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and have worked with a variety of software applications within a Microsoft environment.
