Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and engaging the app’s user community, brainstorming and implementing creative ideas to increase Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU), and exploring strategies to boost app installs. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, has a knack for creative thinking, and is passionate about growing digital communities.
• Community Engagement: Build, manage, and engage with the app's user community by initiating conversations, organizing activities, and addressing user feedback.
• Content & Campaign Ideas: Propose and execute engaging campaigns, challenges, or features within the app to boost user retention and activity.
• User Insights: Collaborate with the product and analytics team to understand user behavior and identify barriers to engagement.
• App Install Growth: Explore and implement innovative methods to increase app downloads, including partnerships, referral programs, and targeted outreach.
• Push Notifications & In-App Messaging: Create engaging notifications and messages to keep users informed and active.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitors' strategies to implement fresh ideas.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze community engagement efforts and DAU/MAU growth, providing actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field from Tier-1 Institute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
