Job Description
As an Application UI/UX Designer, you will be doing the system study, analyzing the requirements, create mood boards, design the user experience flows, create the required UI screens and produce the required design assets for application development; balance the creative aspects with the user data. You will be required to document the design guides and maintain design versions and files; assist cross-teams to create required design assets. You will be supporting the Website design & Digital Marketing with the required creative fulfilment.
Experience: 3+ years
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UI developers, and backend developers to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
• Planning an innovative UX and executing the required UI design process to deliver on time.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing application UI designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Participate in Agile development process including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices.
• Use design patterns and object-oriented software design principles to create intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions.
• Support for Digital Marketing by creating creative assets like explainer videos, posters, How-to videos, Websites, etc.
• Execute & support the Website design & maintenance for the Product marketing.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding and skills in creating world-class UX & UI for applications.
• Ability to re-brand application UI.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating proficiency in creating user-centred designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate tools, and their plugins.
• Experience in handling both Raster and Vector graphics, Video and audio content.
• Creativity and a strong eye for visual design and aesthetics.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
