About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Participate in research for identifying customer needs, gathering feedback, and suggesting product improvements
2. Support garment construction: stitching, sampling, fittings, and documentation of process
3. Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and design features in functional/performance apparel
4. Document detailed notes on design specifications, pattern modifications, and sample evaluations
5. Assist with fabric and accessories sourcing and selection, focusing on innovative and functional textiles
6. Organize and catalog fabric swatches, design sketches, and samples for the design team
Who can apply:

• are available for duration of 1 month
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR₹ 6,000 - 10,000 /month

Other Requirements:
1. Prior academic exposure or coursework in apparel/fashion design or textile engineering
2. Hands-on experience in stitching, fittings, or practical garment construction of knitted fabrics (even if only college projects)
3. Interest in women’s functional wear or performance clothing
4. Familiarity with design software (such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) & pattern software is a plus
5. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and collaborative
