As an Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for creating on-brand, trend-focused designs for the M&S product range. You will need to be creative, fashion-forward, and possess a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel design, with a comprehensive background in the entire design process, from concept development to production. You must have a good eye for colour and a creative flair, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You should also have a good understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, and technical specification development.We are looking for an individual with a passion for fashion, who is highly motivated and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
