• Colour Board Creation: Develop a Colour Board at the beginning of each season, incorporating updated shades sourced from brands through samples.
• Market Research: Collaborate with the team to conduct market research, identifying trends and styles that can enhance business performance.
• Market Benchmarking Report: Compile a market benchmarking report after visiting relevant sites and share findings with the team.
• Range Selection: Participate in internal reviews to select the range with the buying team.
• Vendor Coordination: Visit vendors for sample development and oversee artwork creation for selected styles.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure lab dip approvals for bulk production and review strike-offs, providing comments on product samples.
