Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development and Trend Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new designs and collections.
Print and Embellishment:
- Skilled in creating intricate block print designs, preferably floral motifs, and dabu printing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, color palette management, and ability to work under pressure.
Design Coordination and Development:
- Lead a team of designers, pattern makers, and tailors to produce high-quality samples and final products.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate fits and timely delivery.
Social Media and Community Building:
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms and collaborate with influencers to promote brand visibility.
Requirements:
Masters/Bachelors in Fashion Design or related field required
- Min 2 years' experience in fashion design, preferably in Retail or Apparel Manufacturing.
- Expertise in women's, men's, and kids' wear, with knowledge of garment construction and finishing techniques.
