Job description
You will be responsible for building research and actively participating in the creative process of market surveys, user surveys, interaction, feedback data collection, and design conversion. Additionally, you will be required to sketch seasonal line sheets for all collections including Men/women- Running/Training/Yoga/Ath. Conducting frequent Cult store user surveys to gather product feedback will also be part of your duties.
You will be responsible for the execution of tech packs with all necessary details and making changes as required during the development phase on tech sheets or vendor base requirements. Maintaining various trackers including product development tracker, attribute sheet tracker, and catalog shoot tracker will be essential. Furthermore, you will need to maintain a library for fabric/lab dips and approvals of the strike offs. Creating tech packs as per seasonal requirements will also fall under your responsibilities.
To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in design, Fashion, or a relevant field, preferably in Knitwear design. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in fashion, sportswear, or team sport space, with specialization in Apparel, is required. Experience in leading a small design team will be advantageous. Proficiency in all stages of presentation, from concept to final design review, is essential.
A broad knowledge of apparel manufacturing and prototype making is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with knowledge of fabrics, with graphics knowledge being ideal. Proficiency in MAC, CAD, and analytical skills is necessary, with 3D knowledge being an advantage. You should be able to work autonomously as well as in a cooperative and diverse group.,
