We’re looking for a bold, sport-loving Apparel Graphic Designer who knows the apparel game and can turn fresh ideas into standout designs—jerseys, tees, hoodies, hats, you name it! If you’ve got the eye, the vibe, and the passion, let’s make something awesome together!
What you’ll do:
• Turn ideas into standout graphics for apparel—whether it’s teamwear, licensed merch, or custom client pieces.
• You’ll design everything from bold placement graphics and all-over prints to unique patches, trims, and labels that bring our brand to life.
• You’ll work closely with our CS and production teams, helping turn concepts into production-ready designs
• Stay ahead of trends in streetwear and athletic fashion, and can keep your files neat and print-ready
What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years of graphic design magic (sportswear/streetwear = extra cool points)
• A “wow”–worthy portfolio with real garment designs
• You’re a pro with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (seriously, it’s like second nature to you).
• You get how clothes are made and how to design for them—no production surprises!
• Team player, great communicator, thrives in fast-paced creative chaos
• Big love for sports, fashion, and branding—it’s more than just a job
• Knows the ropes of screen printing, embroidery, sublimation & more
• Proximity to visit / work in our Oakville office is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
• Sports Apparel Industry: 2 years (required)
• Graphic Design: 2 years (required)
