Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appeals Nurse at MedCoded. The Appeals Nurse will be responsible for reviewing denied insurance claims, preparing and submitting appeals, and advocating for patients' rights to receive proper healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

Clinical nursing experience

Experience in insurance claims processing

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies

Strong communication and advocacy skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Salary

8-10 LPA
