Role: Appian Developer
Experience: 4+ Years
You will be joining our team as a Senior Appian Developer with a core responsibility of designing, implementing, and supporting functional components developed in the Appian platform. You will be required to work closely with a global team of senior and junior team members to take user stories through technical design, implementation, and eventually roll out to production. You will interact with various stakeholders for the entire software lifecycle process.
Roles & Responsibilities
• An ideal candidate must have 4+ years of experience in IT systems development and below listed areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, enhancing, and support of BPM (Business Process Management) based solutions with proven skills in the following technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on Appian 16.x or above.
• Appian Designer (or above) certification is a must.
• JBoss, JDK 1.8, JDBC, WebSphere
• Microsoft SQL Server MySQL
• Web Services, SOAP/REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON
• JIRA, Confluence, Rally
• Appian Sites, UX design, SAML, OAuth Framework.
• Experience with System integration, Mobile application, Portal application, and extended interface application development using the Appian suite.
• Have worked on two or more Appian BPM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and design skills Appian-specific BPM development.
• Good understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards.
• Experience in Appian plug-in development, system integrations, and production support in in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
• Ability to convert the business Process requirements to Prototypes and screen flows for a demonstration to business clients.
• Experience in relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Educational Qualifications - BCA / MCA / B.E / B.Tech
