Requirements:
• Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified.
• agile frameworks and methodologies.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Appian Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modeling framework. This individual will be responsible for the following:
• Configuring solution applications, process models, business rules, user interfaces, and management reports
• Build and maintain integrations with external services via Appian
• Designing data models.
• Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms
• Perform requirements grooming and analysis, develop and refine acceptance criteria, and identify application user personas
• Execute unit, integration, and system testing
• Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required.
• Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions.
• Presenting demos to the customers.
• Able to do the Appian application deployments
• Experience in developing on .Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) Good logical and analytical reasoning ability.
• Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements.
• Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models.

• Experience working with agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of IaaS (eg: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Compute Engine, Microsoft Azure)
• Can identify composable and reusable development patterns that allow for greater flexibility and reduce time to delivery.
• Minimum of 3 Appian implementations or projects
• Strong knowledge in Design pattern
• Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers.
• Knowledge of at least one major programming language.
• Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms.
• Should have done multiple integrations with external systems.
• Ability to scope Appian Projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
