• Key Responsibilities : A Appian Process Automation is Must 1 Must have to assist in defining the requirements and designing applications, Ability to build,configure and deploy applications to meet business process and application requirements2 Must have hands on experience on working in BPM products 3 Must have hands on experience in workflow systems to be able to configure and create processes Knowledge of Appian BPM products4 Must have Experience maintaining Appian deployment
• Technical Experience : A: Should have 6-8 years of hands-on experience on Appian BPM experience B: Knowledge of features from latest versions of Appian C: Appian SAIL development knowledge with latest versions of Appian D: Knowledge of CDT or XSD creation in AppianE: Adoption of Appian Best PracticeF: Basic knowledge Professional Attributes : a: Good analytical problem solving skills b: Good Communication skills c: Ability to work independently with little supervision or as a team
