Job: Snr Appian Developer / Tech Lead
Location: Stockholm, Hybrid (relocation is required, sponsorship is provided)
Contract Length: 12+ months
Project Length: 3+ years
Mandatory Skill Set
Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes
Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
Work with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
Assist clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with
Appian's software
Should have hands on Appian latest features including deployment using DevOps
Translate the functional requirement to the Appian business flows with the help of Process Models, Rules, CDTs , Web API Integration.
Design and develop reusable components which will make use of entire solution or other areas.
Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly
Hands on experience with Process model, SAIL, Expression Rules, Sites and Integration.
Experience in designing and developing integrations with 3rd party system
Possesses good knowledge on best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solutions.
Experience in DB management.
Excellent understanding Appian Group types, Process Designing, Decision table, Security and CDT
Hands on experience on design and develop Appian components
Expert on designating the reports and develop those using Appian
Must be Appian Level 2 certified minimum
Additional Skills
Good knowledge of Agile and knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps
Should have skills to guide a small team on technical solutions
Appian Level 3 certification.
Soft Skills – Very good in Communication
Good to have knowledge on plug-in implementation, configure and deployment
Term: Long term engagement 3+ years
Rate: Market rate + Starter Bonus
