Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival
Assist customers in identifying their appliance needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding
Provide accurate information about appliance specifications, warranties, and financing options
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping experience
Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and promotional offers
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proven ability in sales or retail environments with a focus on achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
Must be able to lift heavy loads
Speak English and either Hindi or Punjabi
Knowledge of appliances or willingness to learn product details quickly
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting
Basic computer proficiency for processing transactions and managing inventory
