Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Application Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize application systems for AIIMS Jammu. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, is confident in stakeholder communication, and has hands-on experience with web-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor applications and analyze/document issues
• Create application credentials, perform configuration, and master setup
• Provide demos and training to end-users
• Help maintain a ++.+% system availability rate
• Troubleshoot and resolve application problems
• Perform performance tuning and collaborate with dev teams
• Handle updates, patches, and new application releases
• Develop and manage reports and dashboards
• Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring
• Support HIS (Hospital Information System) operations
• Take on additional responsibilities as required
Skills & Requirements
• B.E / B.Tech / MCA in a relevant field
• Strong project coordination and requirement gathering skills
• Proficient in application troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on experience in web application support and administration
