Summary: As a Control-M Administrator ensure the reliable execution and scheduling of batch jobs across a complex enterprise environment through BMC Control-M infrastructure. The role supports business-critical applications, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and manage scheduling workflows that meet evolving business and technical needs. This role focuses on Windows server systems (2012 R2 to 2026, including Core editions), with working knowledge of Linux, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and database clustering for high availability (MSSQL). Roles & Responsibilities: Administer and support Control-M scheduling infrastructure and related 3rd-party vendor applications. Troubleshoot and operate across Windows Server environments (2012 R2 to 2026, Desktop and Core). Support and operate on Linux systems for batch and integration workloads. Collaborate with vendors via email, web calls, and Microsoft Teams for issue resolution and upgrades. Address and remediate security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance across server and application layers. Perform upgrades and updates on Windows applications and BMC Control-M components. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python to streamline operational tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in Windows Server architecture and system operations. Working knowledge of Linux OS administration. Proficiency in Control-M Administration (BMC Tool) across hybrid environments. Experience in MSSQL High Availability Clusters and general database troubleshooting. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and services integration. Familiarity with automation scripting using PowerShell and/or Python. Exposure to IT security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworks. Good to have: Experience supporting SAP R3 systems (basic level). Understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure Automation concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Control-M Admin. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
