Desired Skills
• Proven experiencewith Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVC, Languages:C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML
• In-depth knowledgeand experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including:, LINQ and EF
• Extensive experienceof software designing patterns
• Experience withmulti-threading and concurrency
• Experience withdebugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensiveunderstanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniquesand theories
• Strong communicationskills
• Strong initiative tofind ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
• Experience withdatabase development including relational database design, SQL, and ORMtechnologies
• Experience with userinterface design and prototyping

Operational Management

• Take a project throughthe entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation,support and documentation
• Creating web ordesktop applications for in-house use and maintaining them.

• Package and supportdeployment of releases
• Develop, refine, andtune integrations between applications
• Analyze and resolvetechnical and application problems
• Adhere tohigh-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time
• Research and evaluatea variety of software products
