Who you are:
• Focus on tasks related to technical analysis, design, development and unit testing, quality assurance, system test and implementation of BizTalk 2010 Server applications in accordance with the IT development life cycle
• Analyze requirements, design, build and test system components or amendments
• Carry out business analysis tasks to ensure that the development/change meets user requirements and expectations
• Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable ongoing support of systems (Software Design Documents)
• Conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined
• Communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology
What you will do:
• Design, develop and support enterprise BizTalk solutions and integration components
• Develop technical design and architecture for integration solutions Work with a team of software developers to develop new applications and/or maintain existing applications. Work with end users during system design to determine functionality needs.
• Manage testing of applications to achieve targeted results. Plan development activities and monitors progress to completion
• Solve problems and makes business decisions to carry out job duties.
• Weigh alternatives and determine appropriate course of action. Communicate with users during program development to review progress and ensure that requirements have been met.
• Development prototype applications and solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in programming and software development
• Hands-on expertise on .NET programming. BizTalk development with demonstrable understanding of SOA, and ESB architecture
• Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented design and development
• Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns like BizTalk Integration
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
• Expertise in hardcore BizTalk artifacts such as schemas, maps, Pipelines, orchestrations, BRE, EDI and BAM
• Proven expertise in testing of application software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness to achieve desired results
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
• Ability to manage change with good time management and focus on strict deliverable with tight deadlines
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
