Your Impact:
The Application Developer is responsible for analysing, designing, and developing software related to Engineering Applications. The development activities will require utilizing Python, Django web framework, JavaScript, C#, SQL, MVC, WCF, ASP.NET, XAML, WPF and more. This position will work closely with other highly qualified information analysts and developers as part of a global team.
Strong understanding of applications developed by the tier one engineering software vendors such as Autodesk, Bentley and Hexagon etc. would be highly regarded.
Specific responsibilities include:
Working within the existing team structure, company policies and system environment
Working in an Agile fashion
Responsible for working with diverse teams and technical leads to understand business requirements and design specifications and develop code
Gathering, documenting, and presenting requirements
Designing and documenting solutions
Building and/or configuring solutions
Internal testing of the solution and preparing documentation for external testing
Deployment and maintenance of the solution
Here’s What You’ll Need:

Minimum of a 5 years’ experience
Conceptual thinker and able to work with complex systems
Fast learner
Possess the soft skills required for interaction with the customer and team members
Great communication skills in English to facilitate working with a team located all over the globe
Proficiency in Python web development using Django web Framework.
Knowledge regarding REST API development
Proven ability to work with complex systems using Microsoft .NET technology (preferably including C#, SQL, MVC, WCF, WPF, ASP.NET and XAML)
Some experience with API development in a design application such as Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, or MicroStation would be advantageous Proven ability to work with source code control system
Proficiency in basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON)
Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks (preferably Vue.js, but also React, Angular)
Familiarity with object-oriented design
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Some familiarity with basic Linux server administration
